Foreign Holding of US Treasury Securities: a 10 year historic overview

This was the article in Yahoo Finance from February 16 based on a press release from the US Treasury that lead me to dive a little more into the foreign holding of US treasury securities. The trend and pattern in the Nikkei index during the last half year tells the system that a prolongend down-turn in the Nikkei index is the most likely scenario for the coming 3 to 6 months.
